 To day topic is so informative especially for those peoples who want a good health fitness tips so  as we know health is a wealth.Good habits and hard work is key to success and these things are very common in healthy persons time table management,hardworking and good habits.



So lets start .

Number 6

 wake up early in the morning.      

                                                     Wake up early in the morning is very must requirement of good health according  to my research most of healthy peoples wake up early in the morning.Its also good for time management .If we wake up early you have much time to manage your daily work.

Number 5

 Go to walk and little exercise daily.

                                                           Early morning if you wake up you see in the ground lot of peoples taking exercise or walking daily. This is really very good habit  for your daily work early morning exercise make your brain fresh and your all day healthy.                        

Number 4

Sleep on time .

                        If you not give your self a proper time to sleep your health may not good.Awaking late at night is such a bad habit.And wake up early in the morning  is a good habit but if you sleep late at night and wake up early in the morning  so its mean you not giving a proper time  for your sleep.Sleep on time is most important habit for good health.

Number 3

Brush your teeth daily.

                                    This habit is very little but there result is so much good .If you want good health  then every day before breakfast clean your teeth it is because to protect your stomach for germs.

Number 2

Take healthy food .      

                                               What type of food your eating its directly effect your health good food have good effects but there is most important thing is time table eat your food on fix time.
 Eat on time i mean to say make proper time table for your breakfast,lunch and diner and not only in food but also apply this trick in other works for example  work,sleep,eat and exercise make fix time for them in proper routine .This short trick well change your life exactly.

Avoid smoke and drink 

                                                        Yes this last on is really important habit if you avoid smoke and drink. But lot of peoples every day smoke much it cause bad effect of them health.Please avoid these things for live happy  and healthy life.

  Hello friends today we share you part 2 of untold story the hunted tree.So before we told you about me and my friend journey to northside and we told you about incident of jungle.Now in the part you well know what exactly happened to my friend he told me the real incident he said when he was sleep under the tree  he feel some one draged  him when he wake up so what he see. My friend told me that he  see a lot of peoples in white dresses around him. He asked them were is he so one of them come closed to him and said this is our area why you come here with out permission . My friend  told me  that he not  know how he come. He told them that he was sleep  under the tree and some one dragged him. And now he is here. One of them come close to my friend and put hand on the head of my friend . My friend said his eyes closed and when he weak up he was near  the north side river. After that day and now a  day we not go again in northside area ....
